Nibana.in (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “we” or “our” or “us” or “Platform” ), owned by Anurag Sharma ( hereinafter referred as “Owner” or “Proprietor” ), Director , Frefo Wellness Pvt Ltd ( CIN – U74999DL2022PTC408630 ) is involved in providing products and services ( hereinafter referred as “Products” or “Services” or “Content “) relating to mental health, recovery, self-improvement, personal growth, spirituality, and related categories through online and offline services. In the course of providing such services, we may collect and/or otherwise gain access to certain personal information about our customers and Users of the Platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Users” and individually as “User” or “you”, “your” or “yourself”).

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Privacy Rules”).

2.2 The Company might collect your billing name, billing address, and payment method when you buy the services. We do not collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.
2.3 The Company might collect the information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to the Company
2.4 In addition to the above, the Company may also collect such personal information which may constitute as Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”) under the applicable laws, such as:
2.4.1 passwords for accounts created on websites and /or mobile applications maintained by the Company;
2.4.2 tests, questionnaires, present or past health or mental health records, biometric data, or personal or professional background data.
2.5 The Company does not collect any SPDI which is not relevant to providing services to you and asks that you do not share your SPDI with the Company and/or its employees or representatives or partners. The Company may however collect your feedback in relation to its products and/or services availed by you and also request you to provide the reasons/circumstances due to which you availed of such products and/or services. In case you choose to divulge any SPDI such as medical information, information relating to your mental health condition, etc. as a part of the feedback provided by you to the Company, you hereby agree to the use and processing of such information by the Company in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
At any time while availing of the services provided by the Company, you will have the option to withdraw your consent to the use/disclosure/retention of such SPDI, provided that the same is communicated to the Company in writing. In such an event, the Company will be entitled to immediately terminate the services offered and/or your access to the Platform.

  1. Ways for Information Collection:

3.1. The Company collects information directly from you when you register for an event or buy tickets. We also collect information if you post a comment on our websites or ask us a question through phone or email.
3.2. The Company uses tracking or analytics or other marketing or business tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies, and web beacons for collecting information about your usage and analysis of our website.
3.3. We get information about you from third parties. For example, if you use an integrated social media feature on our websites. The third-party social media site will give us certain information about you.

    The Company may amend or modify the terms of this Policy from time to time, without notice. You should therefore review the Privacy Policy, from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy.
